After retirement working as a consultant in conformity assessment, quality management and organisational development. Various projects in Asia and Switzerland in the fields of accreditation, conformity assessment and organisational development. Trainer in these fields at the Zürich University of Applied Sciences and for the Swiss Standards Organisation SNV. 

Osman-Jablan Bulić, MBA (Bosnia i Herzegovina)

Consultant with over 15 years of experience in numerous projects related to various ISO-based management systems (information security, business continuity, quality, risk management, etc.).  Hands-on implementation of management systems in variety of different organizations (government and private sector, small and large organizations - ranging from a five-employee soap-making family business to over 3000-employee major telecom or international airport).  An approved training instructor for wide range of certification training courses though the PECB (pecb.com) with over 100 successfully certified candidates trained. Also employed as an external contractor – certification auditor for TÜV Nord. 

Driton S. Bejtullahu (Kosovo)

An MBA Graduate in Strategic Management/Change Management of Danube University Krems (DUK), Driton has 19+ years of experience in different industries with local and international organization for public and private sector.
During the years, his approach was to serve as a bridge between Technology and Management by helping organization improve their business processes through integration of advanced technology and management frameworks. As a certified trainer and implementer, his experience helped him apply integrated ISO management system in different organization during the years. Currently, he is engaged as a Management Consultant in EBRD projects for empowering local business in Kosovo to increase their level of services and products and support them in the export process toward international markets. He is a member of Technical Committee for ICT in Kosovo Standardization Agency.

Antigona Limani (Kosovo)

Antigona is an MBA graduate from Staffordshire University with 15+ years experience in marketing and management roles in different companies and industries. Her experience and knowledge is vast, and she also shares this knowledge with others through different training sessions she held for different subjects. Resilience leadership is the most important competence during these difficult times, even when there is no such global crisis as pandemics, companies might face an internal crisis which can only be overcome through resilience leadership. Training leaders in resilience enables sustainable and high performing teams in the whole organization.  

Violeta Haxhillazi (Albania & Kosovo)

Violeta has 20 years of experience in business consultancy and project management in local and international companies. Her advisory experience is extensive in several areas: strategic planning and transformations, operational efficiency and excellence, and IT governance. One of her areas of expertise is Supply Chain Management, in which she supports businesses to achieve their goals of ensuring that products are delivered on time, in the right quantity and in a cost-effective manner, by looking at current processes and identifying methods for improvement, focusing on risk management as well as personnel supervision.
She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC©), Certified Sales Executive (CSE©) and Certified Digital Transformation Expert (CDTE©).

Suzana Lange (Germany)

Module: Introduction and virtual training

Suzana is a political scientist, holding Master’s degrees from the Free University in Berlin and Science Po in France. In 2016/2017 she completed a further qualification in organizational development. After ten years working as a project and programme manager in the field of German and EU international cooperation, Suzana is a freelance consultant since 2013, working, among others, for the PTB SEE QI Fund and other PTB projects. She specializes in monitoring and evaluation, change management, training, project development as well as project, programme and network management. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, Suzana has been an active member of the PTB Corona taskforce “Capacity Development Online.” She designed, organised and facilitated numerous online events and provided trainings to colleagues and partners on how to successfully collaborate in the virtual world.

Suzana Temelkoska (North Macedonia)

Suzana Temelkoska holds a BSc degree in  Chemical Engineering from the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje. She has 40 years of experience as a consultant, auditor and trainer of management systems. Ms Temelkoska is an occupational safety and health expert since 2010 and actively works on issues in the field of safety and health in more than 50 organizations with different activities. She is furthermore a lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO17025 and ISO 17025.

Her experience also includes: Participant in various projects such as SMAQVA project - IARM and accreditation process - ISO / IEC 17025; ISO / IEC 17020 EN 45004; EN 45011; EN 45012; Participant in the Project for Strengthening the Economic Management funded by the European Union and is managed by the European Agency for Reconstruction, Participant in the Project for Formulation of the HACCP Information Center - German Association for Technical Cooperation (GTZ), Participant in the Project for Implementation of the HACCP system in the Republic of Macedonia - German Association for Technical Cooperation (GTZ), etc.

Liridona Cani (Albania)

Liridona Cani  is experienced  in implementation of Management Systems such as Information Security and Quality and Innovation Management Systems.  She has experience as Innovation Project Manager, leading new product development including opportunity definition, business plan, scope, requirements and execution. She has acted as a business resource with technology partners and internal stakeholders, external business partners, vendors and suppliers.
