The handbook delivered by the ToT programme includes contributions from the six regional trainers in the course. This educational resource comprises seven chapters which address business resilience standards and topics such as Supply Chain Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management and Innovation Management. While so far, the publication has been available in English language only, recently it was translated into Albanian and Bosnian language as well. Thus, readers from the WB6 can now benefit from it by being able to read the booklet in their first language. This way, there will be an increase of the booklet’s range of application and an even further dispersion of the knowledge included about how businesses can address COVID-19 related challenges.
